Store managers reconciled stock manually every night, online orders routinely oversold items that were already gone from the shelf, and finance waited two weeks for month-end numbers.
Our solution
We implemented a customized ERP with POS integration, a sync service for the online store and automated purchase suggestions. We migrated five years of product and sales history and trained 120 staff across all locations.
